Origin

In the heart of the Gedeb highlands in Yirgacheffe, this exceptional coffee grows at 1,900 to 2,300 meters above sea level. The Banko Taratu region is one of Ethiopia’s most renowned coffee-growing areas and is known for its traditional farming methods and outstanding cup quality. It is grown from native heirloom varieties that shape the unique character of this origin.

Flavor profile

An elegant washed Ethiopian with lively fruity sweetness and floral finesse. In the cup, you can expect raspberry, redcurrant and grapefruit, accompanied by delicate notes of lavender and blossom. The profile is rounded off by a silky sweetness and a chocolate mousse finish – clean, complex and beautifully balanced.
